Food Matters Library

The council maintains an extensive collection of books, documents and articles on food safety and healthy eating. Topics range from the general to the specific, and from introductory to advanced level.

The Food Matters Library contains information about this useful literature. Each item in the library includes details such as the title, publisher/academic reference, year and author. A summary and details of its contents are also provided.

The literature is available to view free of charge only at the Council offices in Nuneaton, by prior arrangement. To do this you can use our online request facility after you have found something of interest. N.B. - This service is only available to residents and representatives of food businesses in the Borough who must come into the Council offices in Nuneaton to view items requested (unfortunately we can not send out copies).
