We deliver a wide range of services that seek to:
- secure good standards of food hygiene in food premises
- promote awareness of the need for good food hygiene in the home
- prevent the spread of foodborne illness
- promote awareness of healthy eating

| Home Authority Principle (HAP) Activity The authority endorses and supports the Home Authority Principle as advocated by LACORS.
