Food Premises - Registration/Notification of Changes
Registration of premises used for a food business (including market stalls, delivery vehicles and other moveable structures) or notification of changes to an existing registration is required by law.

Food Matters Library

The council has an extensive collection of books, documents and articles on food safety and healthy eating. They range from general to specific topics and from introductory to advanced level.

Search the Food Matters Library which contains useful information on this literature.

The literature is available to view free of charge at the Council offices, by prior arrangement. To do this you can use our online request facility after you have found something of interest. N.B. - This service is only available to residents and food businesses in the Borough.

Heart of England Food Safety Forum

The Heart of England Food Safety Forum is a means of informal communication between interested parties of food safety and healthy eating within the geographical boundaries of Nuneaton and Bedworth, North Warwickshire and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Councils.
